Community and Youth Based Economic Recovery and Stabilization (CYBERS)Project Enhancing Resilience in Somalia Promotion of Women Empowerment and Rights in Somalia (POWER) Safety Net Support for IDPs and drought affected pastoral commu-nities in Afgoye Agriculture Inputs Distribution 2016 CED is focused on a new project dubbed VOICES, a 30 month, EU funded project, aimed at strengthening the capacity and accountability of state security institutions to address and respond to its citizen’s grievances while enhancing the grassroots communities understanding and awareness of their rights and civil responsibility.

Capacity build 45 Human Rights Champions on the Somalia constitution
100 leaders trained for 3 days on monitoring, reporting advocacy strategies
Develop 12 Community based dispute resolution institutions (CBDRIs)
