Limited or complete lack of access to safe water and good hygiene services are major causes of diseases and even deaths in Somalia. CED has worked with communities and the local administration in the construction of new, rehabilitation and improvement of existing WASH infrastructure in Somalia with the aim of ensuring access to clean potable water to families in need.
Our initiatives also educate people about sanitation and the fatal danger of waterborne diseases.
