Based on prevailing circumstances, CED has evolved from several stages since its inception in 1992. The organization has a Board of Directors (BoD), Senior Management Team supported by well qualified and experienced Technical and Subordinate Staff. The team has a wide range of professional backgrounds from human rights and justice, Education, Agriculture, Livestock, Fishery, Commerce, Civil Engineering, Finance and Administration, Information, Communication & technology (ICT), Logistics and Operation.
